Spent my Sunday afternoon learning some new 📷 skillz. It was lovely, and I ate a few of the prop cookies 🤷🏻♀️
Sundays are for lounging...Especially when it’s 32 degrees out and you still have to finish the latest season of Grace & Frankie. _____________________ Sundays are also normally for cooking in our house, but like I said, it’s cold and there are shows to be watched, which is where this 5 minute left over salad comes into play. _____________________ All I did was chop up a head of romaine, added in a handful of slices cherry tomatoes, half an avocado, and some salmon and roasted Brussels sprouts that we made last night for dinner. Then topped it with a quick mustard vinaigrette (recipe below) and da-ta! Lunch is served. _____________________ What are some of your favorite go-to salad combos when you just don’t feel like cooking? _____________________ Mustard Vinaigrette (whisk together): - 1 tablespoon spicy mustard - 4 tablespoons olive oil - The juice and zest of 1 lemon - Salt & pepper to taste
